Beginners Goals

June 1st
Welcome all to the first day of our new healthy lives. I've started this blog in hopes of helping to inspire us all to not only lose weight but to encourage everyone to lead healthier lives. I'd like to post things that might help inspire all of us and this includes; any stories or experiences anyone has, workout ideas, dieting ideas, healthy recipes you want to share and any other suggestions anyone may have. Thanks and good luck everyone! It looks like $160 to the winner (Mom, Dad, Ashlee, Hailee, TJ, Whitnee, Katee and Shaun).

It's time to set goals! Please think of responses for the following questions and email them to Hailee.

1. Why did you join this 'biggest losers' program?
2. Why do you want to lose weight/tone your body?
3. What areas of your body do you want to focus on overall?
