Tips

Here's a few more helpful tips:
When WEIGHING yourself - it is most accurate to weigh yourself in the morning and
without the added weight of clothing. Weigh yourself once a
week whn you are ready to record the numbers.
DIETING AND EATING HABITS - Here's a hint - eat breakfast between six thirty and
seven o'clock in the morning. In the evening it is best not to
eat past seven o'clock because as your body prepares for
sleep the systems in your body shut down and food sits
rather than being processed through. Also, two light snacks
between meals but don't eat too much or your body's
eating schedule will be thrown off. Overall- get your body on
a schedule and keep it!
Another helpful hint about keeping your body healthy is to GET PROPER SLEEP. Early
to bed and early to rise... There is all kinds of research that
has proven that the proper amount of sleep can keep you
healthy and active, and give your body more energy to walk
or work out.
