I don't know how many of you have actually looked at this or are taking any ideas seriously but I'm really trying here...looking up everything and doing my own research to help everyone. Please let me know if any of this works for you or what your ideas are...things that are working for you. I'd really like feedback here so we can share with eachother everyones ideas and goals and such. Please email me or text me these things.
Well everyone I hope the first week is going good for you. This week is all about setting your boundaries and goals really. Make sure you write down your weekly and long term goals and what you want to focus on each week. I would recomend getting a small notebook or making a place on your computer where you can record everything. Also, journaling your day by day activities will help in the long run to find out what helped you the most. For example: write down what you did today... ex: walked around the block twice, up and down stairs four times, did fifty situps, ate a salad for lunch and light breakfast..etc.
